The Vintage Hotel & Spa Lisbon

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the main areas of the city. It is situated in a calm area, making it a peaceful retreat after exploring the bustling streets. We found it to be close to key sites, with easy access to attractions. the hotel is conveniently positioned between two metro stations, making it convenient for getting around the city.

The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, as some guests mentioned an effort was required for them to smile.

The front desk staff were helpful. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and style was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - a full cooked breakfast menu with waiter service, in addition to a lovely buffet. The rooms were comfortable, although the bathroom could use some improvements. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and stylish atmosphere.

This hotel is located in a prime area of the city, within walking distance to the most important sights and away from key tourist areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the hotel facilities, including a spa and rooftop bar with fantastic views, were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast served by the staff was fresh and delicious, catering to our preferences.

We had a fantastic stay at The Vintage Hotel & Spa. The location in the Principe Real neighborhood was perfect, with great shops and restaurants nearby. The room was super tidy and beautifully furnished, with comfortable sheets and big windows. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any concerns or issues. The breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality options, including delicious fresh fruits. we highly recommend The Vintage Hotel & Spa for a unique and enjoyable stay in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight of our stay. The views from up there were amazing, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. We also enjoyed the free minibar in our room, it was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even had onsite parking , made it convenient for us.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par.

The design is beautiful. Staff go above and beyond, helping with luggage and parking. Welcome package for kids. Complimentary drinks in the minibar. Exceptional breakfast. Amazing staff.

They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed. We also enjoyed the delicious and abundant breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was a bit dark, and we struggled with getting enough natural light in the mornings. the limited spa hours were not convenient for us as sightseers.

the spa and wellness centre provided an exceptional massage and peaceful sauna experience. the indoor swimming pool was small but quite relaxing and quiet.

this was quickly resolved by the accommodating restaurant staff who provided customized meals upon request.

The Vintage Hotel offers helpful reception assistants and goes the extra mile. The design and finishings are of high quality. The location is good, with a short walk to the old town and plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is courteous without being intrusive. The Metro service is conveniently located at the bottom of the hotel. The rooftop bar offers a nice spot to chill with great views and good cocktails. The food served, including the prawn tempura, tuna salad, and roasted octopus, is also delicious.

the Spa and wellness centre were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city, and the indoor swimming pool was a highlight. the high-quality massage and Turkish bath are a must-try. the exclusive room advantages such as the Nespresso machine and sun loungers on the balcony made our stay truly special. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas served delicious food and drinks, and the special diet menus were an added bonus.

this was not a big deal as there are plenty of things to do in the city.

The hotel had a modern and elegant feel, tasty breakfast, free entrance to the spa, thoughtful chocolates in the room, beautiful mid-century decor.
